Creating a Billing Schedule 1

The billing schedule can be created in either the [Setup] screen or the [List] screen.

[1] Creating a Billing Schedule for
each Air Conditioner or Multiple Air
Conditioners in a Batch

Click
to switch to the [List] screen.

Select the air conditioner(s) that you wish to
create the billing schedule for by any one of
the groups below.
a) Air conditioners by floor in a batch
b) Air conditioners by tenant in a batch
c) Air conditioners by area in a batch
d) By each air conditioner
Click
to list by floor, tenant or area in the [List]
screen. Place the cursor on the floor name (in
batch by floor) of the air conditioner(s) or the air
conditioner name (by each air conditioner) that
you wish to operate and right-click.
The [Operation menu] appears.

Click the Set Billing Schedule to Unit in the
[Operation menu]. The [Set Billing Schedule
to Unit] screen appears.

Click the schedule field for the air
conditioner you wish to create the billing
schedule for.
To set in batch, click
.
The [Billing Schedule] screen appears.
