This section describes the procedures for how to create a monthly report.

9-2-1. Downloading the Monthly Report Data File

Download the monthly report data file and the daily report data file from the Web type Smart Manager by using the 
data download software.

Start Data Download Software.

• Desktop icon

Double-click the desktop icon.

• Windows menu

Select [Start] > [All Programs] > [Toshiba] > [Data Download Software] > [Data Download Software].
