Select the target file in the displayed file selection dialog box, and click [Open].

Click the appropriate buttons as the need arises.

* The created monthly reports are saved under the KIOKU directory in either case of [Save and Exit] or [Exit].

Click this button to print the created monthly reports.

[Print by tenant]

Click this button to print the created monthly reports (for all the units) by classifying them by the 
tenant.

[Save and Exit]

Click this button to save the changes added to the monthly report in a file and exits the Monthly Report 
Creation Software.

Click this button to exits the Monthly Report Creation Software without saving the changes.
