・When very strong light strikes at the lens, you might see stripe patterns
(smear) on the images, but these are not malfunctions. If this happens, reinstall
the camera in another place, or try to change the direction of the lens.
・Sound may not always synchronize with the camera images.
・You might hear some motor running noise when you move the lens using
PAN/TILT function while outputting sound. However, this is not a malfunction.
If this happens, try to lower the sound sensitivity from the Admin Menu. For
details, see "Sound Sensitivity" on "General Settings" (→ page 93).
Pre-/post-
recording files
of the Alarm
are not sent
to the FTP
server.
●Pre-ecording data is
the data before
alarm has generated.
Therefore, its data
sending order is not
necessarily in order.
●Pre-recording images will be sent
after all the post-recording images
are sent. Please wait for a while
when pre-recording images are not
arrived. Also, depending on the
conditions of your server,
networking, image size and/or
image quality settings, numbers of
sent images may become fewer
than your expectation.
