slow.(Part 2)
No colors in
the images.
Cannot display
the camera
images in the
dark.
The network
camera
images are
reversed in
upside-down.
●Picture size is too
large.
●The "Picture Quality"
is set to "HIGH."
●More than one users
are accessing the
camera at the same
time.
●Connecting the
network camera to a
router or an access
point (AP) in wireless
mode.
●The Auto B/W is ON.
●Exposure is not
enough.
●Installed the camera
in wrong way.
●Ceiling installation.
●The default setting of picture size
is VGA(640x480). Go to "Camera
Settings"/ "General Settings"/
"Camera Picture Size" and set
smaller picture size to have faster
renewal speed.
●When you choose "LOW" in
"Picture Quality" in "General
Settings" under "Camera Settings,"
the renewal speed becomes
faster; however, the picture quality
becomes poor.
●When many users access to the
camera at the same time, the
renewal speed of the image
becomes slow.
●Display speed of the images in
wireless mode is slower than that
of wired mode. If you'd like to have
faster display speed, connect the
camera in wired connection mode.
●Change the Auto B/W setting to
OFF.
●Go to "Camera Settings"/ "General
Settings"/"Auto B/W" and set the
"Auto B/W" to ON. The images in
the dark become black and white,
but it enables to display the
images to some point. If you still
cannot display images, try using
lights to have enough exposure.
●It won't affect to the images in the
day time. IK-WB11A also has Auto
Sensitivity Boost and Auto Slow
Shutter functions. Set these
functions to ON depending on the
situations.
●Make sure that the camera is
installed in right way. "TOSHIBA"
logo on the bottom of the network
camera has to be facing front.
●When you suspend the camera
from the ceiling, the images may
displayed upside-down. Go to
"Camera Settings"/"General
Settings" and set the "Installation
Environment" to "Ceiling."
