Clearing counter values

This section describes how to clear counter values indicating the total number of pages copied 
in each department. Key in the master code in the department code entry screen, and then pro-
ceed to the following steps:

Press the [USER FUNCTIONS] button.

The “user functions mode” main screen is displayed.
