5 CHANGING EQUIPMENT’S SETTINGS

Press the [USER FUNCTIONS] button or 

 (copy mode) button.

The screen returns to the “copy mode” main screen.

Printing out counter values

This section describes how to print out the value of the total number of pages copied in each 
department.

y

Counter values to be printed belong to the department which you entered on the department 
code entry screen.

y

If you want to print the counter values of all the departments registered, key in the master 
code in the department code entry screen, and then proceed to the following steps:

Press the [USER FUNCTIONS] button.

The “user functions mode” main screen is displayed.

Select “LISTS” with 

 and 

 buttons, and then press the 

[ENTER] button.

3

Select “DEPARTMENT CODE” with 

 and 

 buttons, and then 

press the [ENTER] button.

The department code list is printed out.
