(1) Start the setting file creation software. Select [New] - [Touch Screen Controller(CT128series)],

Input each item entered in the work of "” into the setting file creation software settings screen.

*When using centralized controllers in combination (up to 8 units)

When using centralized controllers in combination including the Unit within the same TCC-LINK, apply the following
settings.
When using multiple units of the Unit in combination (master/slave setting)

• The Unit - header unit (1 unit): No setting required
• The Unit - follower unit:

Set to follower unit setting using the setting file creation software.

When using in combination with the TouchScreenController (BMS-CT512*)

• TouchScreenController (BMS-CT512*): No setting required
• The Unit:

Set to follower unit setting using the setting file creation software.

Also, turn ON 1 of DS25 on the Communication settings screen of the
main unit.

When using in combination with SmartBMS manager with data analyzer and a SmartBMS manager

• SmartBMS manager with data analyzer: No setting required
• The Unit:

Set to follower unit setting using the setting file creation software.

3-3. Upload setting data

* If LAN connection is difficult after the installation work, please implement "3-3.Upload setting data" before

"3-8.Installation work". If LAN connection is easy after installation work, "3-8.Installation work" may be

implemented after '’3-3.Upload setting data".

(1) Confirm that the setting content matches the on-site system.

(2) Connect the PC with the setting file creation software and the TouchScreenController main

unit with a LAN cable.

(3) Confirm that the HOME screen displays after turning on the main unit (after about 4 minutes).

(4) Set the PC’s IP address to the same network as the TouchScreenController such as

192.168.2.80.

(5) Display "Upload setting" in [File] - [Upload] in the setting file creation software.

(6) Confirm that it is connected to the TouchScreenController with the [ping] button.

(7) Upload the setting file to the TouchScreenController with the "Upload" button.
