4 Startup

The applicator and reservoir are best cleaned after every use (see

section 6 „Hygiene“).

For hygienic reasons the reservoir should be detached if the device

will temporarily not be used. The humidifier unit should be left open

in order to allow the remaining water to dry.

If the TNI

®

device is not to be used for an extended period, switch

it off at the main switch at the rear of the humidifier unit, disconnect

the power cable from the outlet, remove the connecting tube and

the applicator and make sure that there is no water in the humidifier

unit.
