TROUBLESHOOTING
Check the following before requesting repair service. If the problem persists, contact the store where the rice
cooker was purchased.

Wipe the wet surface with a dry cloth.
Impossible to reheat. There is a “beeping alarm”

Rice is cold. Rice of below about 131°
