Keyers Subpanel
The Keyers subpanel ( Figure 56 ) provides controls that can be delegated to
control any of the 16 Kalypso keyers (4 in each M/E). Many buttons in this
subpanel are organized into interconnected groups, allowing selection of
only one button at a time in each group. Knobs are available to control spe-
cific keying parameter values.

Keyers, Masks Subpanels Delegation Buttons
M/E and keyer delegation is primarily controlled with two button groups.
• The
M/E 1-3
and
Pgm Pst
buttons manually delegates the Keyers and
Masks subpanels to control the selected M/E.
• The
Key 1-4
buttons manually delegate these subpanels to control one
keyer of the selected M/E.
