Quick Break
by Rayma Ditson-Sommer, Ph.D.
Program length: 15 minutes
RELAX A-2
This program was designed to provide a “quick break” for people involved in care
giving and other very high stress situations. It starts in beta, but quickly drops into
theta and on into delta. This short, deep rest period allows for calmness development
in a short time and ends in an energizing mode which allows you to return to the job
rested and ready to resume. The program can be used many times during the day.
Clearing Your Mind

during the last 4 minutes.
