Maintaining a Cold On-Column Injector

Replace the Rotary Valve Seal

Maintenance and Troubleshooting Manual

5. Loosen the screw that retains the actuation lever

of the injector.

6. Remove the lever.

7. Unscrew the two Allen bolts that fix the injector

body to the injector base. Remove the injector
body from its base.

CAUTION

Pay attention not to lose the
small needle guide when
removing the injector body. The
guide normally can be found
inserted in the needle channel
of the injector base or of the
valve seal.
