▲
1.
Shut off the 24VDC circuit breaker on the breaker box.
2.
Using the Phillips screwdriver, remove the 2 grounding wires from the
grounding strip on the right rear side of the rack near the electrical
panel.
3.
Using the Phillips screwdriver, detach the electrical panel by loosening
the right 2 mounting screws and removing the left 2 mounting screws.
Slide the panel slightly to the left to free it.
4.
Carefully turn the electrical panel around to access the rear
components, being careful not to pull any of the wires out or damage
any of the components.
5.
Using the small Phillips screwdriver, remove the wires from the
connector on the top and bottom of the power supply. Note or mark
the location of each wire to facilitate re-connection.
6.
Using the flat blade screwdriver, pull down the tab on the bottom of
the power supply to unlock it, while lifting the power supply off of the
din rail.
7.
To install the new power supply, hook the upper tabs of the rear of the
power supply onto the din rail, and then firmly push the bottom of the
supply toward the panel until it locks into place.
