MAINTENANCE

HOPPER LIFT ARM PIVOTS

Lubricate the hopper lift arm pivots after every 200

hours of operation.

HOPPER CHAINS

The hopper chains are located on the left hand

side of the machine. Check the tension of the

hopper chains after the f

rst 50 hours of operation

then every 500 hours after that.

With the hopper in the lowered position; the longer

arm chain (A) should not move more than 25 mm

(1 in) and the shorter lintel chain (B) should not

move more than 12 mm (0.5 in).
