The following mask will appear on your PC:
To choose a function, press the corresponding capital letter showed on the left of the functions list (for
example “P” for general parameters, “L” for lines configuration, and so on..).
To exit from a function windows press ESC to return to previous menu, if different methods are not showed.
If changes was made, software will ask you to save them.
At this point, you must configure system working mode and the extensions accessing modes:
Which incoming message must be played to callers (if different to the standard message), which extensions
callers could be reached by T40 and eventually if they also have a voicemail box.
The welcome message is to be used to presents the company name and it is better to make a short and
direct message without annoy callers but only suggest quick selections or connect them to the operator after
the firm presentation.
T40 allows detailed and individual users settings to best adhere to their conveniences.
