Put on gloves;
Clean the top side of the aerofoil (see
§7.1 Cleaning the installation on page 51);
Take the aerofoil out the front slit and take the aerofoil outside the cabinet. Take care whether
you can take out the aerofoil, does the cabinet have to be disinfected first? (See
Appendix II:
Disinfection on page 67
);
Clean the sides and below side of the aerofoil (see
§7.1 Cleaning the installation on page 51);
Clean all visible parts which are normally covered by the aerofoil (see
§7.1 Cleaning the
installation on page 51);
Place the aerofoil back.
Cleaning the worktop
BIOLOGICAL DANGER
Never take the worktop out of an used installation
without precaution (for instance disinfection)
Clean the top side of the worktop (see
§7.1 Cleaning the installation on page 51);
Stick the auxiliary key in the slots at the front side of the worktop;

Fold the worktop up against the back partition of the working space;
