7.2. Manual Calibration  

The following section describes the basic method for manually calibrating the Model 100E 
SO

2

 analyzer. 

Calibration and Calibration Check

 

Pressing the 

ENTR

 key during the following procedure re-calculates the stored values 

for OFFSET and SLOPE (instrument response curve) and alters the instrument’s 

calibration. 

If you wish to perform a calibration CHECK, do not press ENTR and see Section 7.3.

: Connect the sources of zero air and span gas as shown below.
