Reference Oscillator Frequency Adjustment
This procedure adjusts the output frequency of the 10 MHz internal reference
oscillator.
Equipment
Required
One frequency counter (Item 5)

Prerequisites Warm up the analyzer for more than 20 minutes and
the frequency counter for more than 24 hours.

Prepare for the adjustment:
a. Access the inside of the analyzer: See Removal and Installation
Procedures in Section 6 to remove the cabinet.
b.
Hook up the frequency counter:
Connect REF OUT on the rear panel of
the analyzer through a 50 Ω precision coaxial cable and a 50 Ω precision
terminator to Channel 1 of the counter. See Figure 5--12.
c.
Set the counter controls:
