HOLD

 or 

[Hold]

A calling party can be placed on Hold while another call is made.The held party hears music while waiting.

To place a call on Hold:

Press the 

[Hold] 

soft key, the 

Hold

 button, or a pre-programmed Hold button (see below).

• The  [

Hold]

 soft key appears on the phone’s display whenever the calling state permits holding a call.

• The line key blinks while the call is being held.

To return a call placed on Hold:

1. Press the [

Resume]

 soft key or the  the 

Hold

 button.

Note: 

If you placed more than one call on hold, press the flashing Line key or use the up/down navigator keys to 

select the Line key and then press the [

Resume]

 soft key or the the 

Hold

 button.
