Warm-up complete
Freerun
The unit is operating without
an input reference, but is
ready to use one. This state
will persist if no qualifiable
input reference is provided.
While in this state, the stability
of the clock output is tied to
the internal reference
oscillator.
Fast-track
Input becomes qualified
