VI Manager
When a Video-Intelligent function is performed on the Server, the Server will
contact a VI server to perform the computation for the VI function. The VI
server list can be managed in the
VI Manager
node in the
Server.
In this dialog
existing server IPs and ports can be viewed, and the user can choose to add or
remove servers from the list.

At least one VI server must be configured on the system in order to
successfully perform VI functions.
Adding a VI Server
To add a VI server to the server list in this dialog:
1.
Click the
Add
button, the server will respond with a VI form.
2.
Fill in the IP address for the new VI server in the
IP
field.
3.
Unless a specific port is desired and configured, leave the
Port
field
default value, 6004.
4.
Click
OK
to add the server. The server will be added to the VI server list.
