Use Deferred Burn-In Testing to create scripts.

To Perform Deferred Burn-in Testing
1. From the Diagnostics main menu, select Deferred Burn-In Testing.
The screen displays a list of settings shown in
TABLE 4-3
and a Burn-In menu.
2. Use the menu to configure the following selections:

Change Options
Opens the Burn-In Options menu, which enables you to modify the options
listed in
TABLE 4-3
for the currently loaded test script.
■
Select Tests
Opens a listing of the tests available for your workstation configuration and the
currently loaded test script.
