Removing a RAID Expansion Module
5. To remove the RAID expansion module, grasp the edges of the card, nearest the
ejector lever, and carefully lift, tilting the card upward slightly, until the card is
free of the connector.
The other edge of the card is secured under the clips on the support bracket.
6. When the card is disconnected, pull the card away from the support bracket.

Battery
1. Remove the RAID expansion module as described in the procedure,
“To Remove
a RAID Expansion Module” on page 3-38

2. Use a #2 Phillips screwdriver to remove the four screws that secure the REM
battery to the motherboard.
3. Lift and remove the battery.
