Travelling with load
–
Do not travel with the load laterally dis-
placed (e.g. with a sideshift).
–
Transport the load near the ground.
–
Always travel with the load uphill on up-
grades and down grades, never travel or
turn across a slope.
–
If visibility is reduced work with a guide.
–
Operate the truck in reverse if the load be-
ing transported is stacked so high as to ob-
struct forward vision.
NOTE
When the forks are fully lowered the truck
speed is restricted and braking performance
is adjusted accordingly. Normal speeds and
functions are restored when the forks are
raised.
–
