Procedure

To mount SM CIRIUS AO onto the Antenna, follow the steps below:

Step

Action

1

SM CIRIUS AO is provided with vertical polarization. If the antenna polarization is
horizontal,  you  should  change  SM  CIRIUS  AO  polarization  from  vertical  to
horizontal as described below:

a. Using the tool (item 1), loosen the four screws at the feeder of SM CIRIUS  AO
(do not remove the screws).
b. Turn the feeder clockwise.
c. Tighten  the four screws (recommended tightening torque: 0.8 Nm to 1.0 Nm).

Change antenna polarization to be the same with SM CIRIUS AO.

(b)

Αpply the greasing paste on the antenna feeder O-ring as shown below

(c)

Place the O-ring on the antenna feeder groove and then mount SM CIRIUS

AO onto the antenna
