NAVIGAT 100 Restart
A restart (warm start) of the NAVIGAT 100 (CSU processor) may be man-
ually initiated by using the RESTART function in the NAVIGAT 100 SER-
VICE SETUP 600 menu, see “RESTART” on page 7-24 for details.
NAVIGAT 100 Power-Off / Power-On
Note
A restart (warm start) of the NAVIGAT 100 CSU processor does not affect
the CCU processor controlling the gyrosphere.
In case of a restart (warm start), the dis-
play shows the adjacent restart screen.
After a short period, a start-up routine
(without self test and alignment) is then
executed.
Note
Self test and alignment will be skipped after restart (warm start) if the
NAVIGAT 100 alignment was previously completely finished.
During ongoing alignment, the restart (warm start) functionality is inac-
tive. In case a restart (warm start) is initiated during ongoing alignment,
the alignment phase will start completely anew.
Note
In case of a power-off (intended or not intended) followed by a
power-up within three minutes,
the NAVIGAT 100
restarts in the same way, as if a restart (warm start) has
been initiated.
Note
In case of a power-off (intended or not intended) followed by a
power-up after more than three minutes,
the NAVIGAT 100 executes a complete start-up routine (cold start).
