Configure Ethernet Ports
This
section
describes
using
the
Verde
user
interface
to
configure
the
IP
addressing
for
the
Ethernet
ports
in
the
Verde
master
node.
The
array
includes
two
10GBase
‐
T
ports
and
two
10
GigE
ports
on
the
rear
panel
(see
Optionally,
a
two
‐
port
40
GigE
card
can
be
installed.
Notes:
You
can
only
use
the
Verde
management
port
to
access
the
Verde
user
interface.
You
cannot
use
this
port
for
data
transfer.
By
default,
you
can
only
create
one
data

to
the
array.
You
can
configure

performance.
If
your

or

The
configuration
steps
are
the
same
for
both
the
10

40
GigE
cards.
While
both
a
10
GigE
and
40
GigE
card
can
be
installed
in
the
same
Verde
array,
only
one
card
can
be
used
for
data

as
the
array
only
allows
a
single
data
connection.
