The
Visual
Status
Beacon
and
the
Verde
user
interface
combine
to
provide
a
number
of
tools
for
monitoring
the
health
and
performance
of
the
Verde
arrays
and
their
components.
The
Visual
Status
Beacon
light
bar
in
the
front
bezel
of
the
Verde
array
changes
color
to
indicate
the
current
status
of
the
array
(see
).
Note:
The
front
bezels
in
Verde
2U
arrays
do
not
include
a
Visual
Status
Beacon
light
bar.
System
messages
provide
important
information
about
the
Verde
arrays
and
their
operation
(see
for
more
information).
Icons
on
the
System
screen
provide
overall
status
of
the
hardware
components
in
each
group
(see
for
more
information).
Clicking
the
text
next
to
each
icon
displays
detailed
status
information
for
the
components
in
the
group.
You
can
also
use
the
Verde
user
interface
to
do
the
following
on
the
Verde
arrays:
View
the
status
of
services
(see

performance
metrics

drives,
CPUs,
storage
pools,
and
