The safety issues of this information technology equipment type have been evaluated
by a government-accredited European third-party organization, such as UL Demko
International.
The CE marking has been affixed on this device according to Article 10 of the EU
Directive 90/336/EEC.
Note:
To meet CE certification requirements, you must be running your
nTier300 VTL appliance on an uninterruptable power supply.
