9. Insert set screws
DANGER
Danger to life by electric shock by
improper DC connection!
Connecting the battery modules
in series can cause life-threatening
voltages.
▶
Connect the battery modules
in parallel; i.e., connect all of
the positive poles of the battery
modules to each other and all of
the negative poles of the battery
modules to each other.
Ensure that all modules are OFF by checking
both the POWER and STATUS LEDs are off.
▶
Remove the terminal safety covers from each
battery.
▶
Keep all terminal covers for future use.
▶
Using a multimeter, record the voltage of every
battery module.
ATTENTION
If any battery module measures
more the +- 0.5V from the rest;

Insert a set screw into each battery positive and
negative terminal (2 per terminal). Screws
should be hand tight.

10. Install horizontal bus bars

Place the 2-battery bus bars across their
respective terminals.

Place the terminal spacers and bus bars in the
order shown. (
Ensure jumpers
are installed to
the bus bar connections are completely flat
)
▶
Place the remaining positive and negative bus
bars on the appropriate battery terminals to
complete the connection.
