8. Connect ground cables

Tools needed:
‒
1/8-inch tip screwdriver

Connect your ground cables to the green
ground terminals at the top of the vertical DIN
rail.
▶
Insert screwdriver into square hole on terminal
block & press down.
▶
Place grounding conductor into round hole.
▶
Remove screwdriver.
▶
The grounding wire should now be secured in
the terminal block.

9. Connect generator AC cable (Optional)
CAUTION
Risk of damaging equipment by
connecting three-phase generator
The sonnen storage system is
compatible with any generator that
produces 120v Line to Neutral and
240v Line to Line at 60Hz. Any
generator that cannot provide this
will not be received by the sonnen
as valid AC power and therefore will
not aid in battery charging.

rail, directly above the internal power meter. To
connect a generator:
