6. Connect micro-grid cables to storage system
terminals

Tools needed:

6mm hex wrench
The micro-grid connection terminals are in the
top left corner of the main cabinet, in the bank on
the back of the cabinet.

Connect the micro-grid L1 & L2 cables to
the storage system’s terminals with the
corresponding labels. The Neutral cable is run
to the inside of the unit but kept unconnected
until a following step is completed and will be
connected later.

Torque connections to 81 in-lbs .
The only point of continuity
between the main panel and the
protected loads panel should be
through the storage unit. Ensure
there are no other electrical
connections between these two
panels that are outside the storage
unit.
7. Connect grid cables to storage system
terminals

Tools needed:

6mm hex wrench
The utility grid connection terminals are in the
top left corner of the main cabinet. The L1 and L2
terminals are in the bank on the left side, and the
N terminal is in the bank in the back.

Connect the grid L1 and L2 cables to
the storage system’s terminals with the
corresponding labels.
▶
Using your multimeter, ensure there is no
continuity between the upstream Neutral cable
and the downstream Neutral cable.
▶
When you have confirmed there is no
continuity, connect the Neutral cable to
the storage system’s terminals with the
corresponding label.
▶
Torque connections to 81 in-lbs .
Microgrid Connections
Grid Connections
