Fit ignition pipe bend 1 and flange seal 2 to the
boiler with 2 x hex nuts M6 3 and washers.
Insert hot air fan 4 into the ignition pipe bend and
secure with clamp 5 .
Mount cover 6 with self-tapping screws M4x10
(TX20).
Attach the cable connector of the fan to the mat-
ing connector on the side wall of the boiler.
(The hot air blower is connected to the boiler power
element at X4).
5.5 Mount the shaker motor

II Wood chip boiler the following applies: For the installation of the shaker motor, see the man-

5.6 Pellet feeder

The following steps are valid for the pellet feeder unit art. no. 68220 (used with the conveyor system
auger extraction for direct extraction and intermediate pellet store 250 litres ).

The pellet feeder unit can be mounted on the left or right side of the boiler.

Open side cladding
Separate the pre-punched part 1 from boil-
er cladding (using wire cutters).
Remove insulation 2 .
Loosen the 4 x M10 hex nuts (SW17) and
washer
3 .
Remove flange plate 4 and seal 5 .
