The sensor of the automatically
turbolator cleaner is a contactless
sensor:
Install it so, that´s a distance of ≥ 2mm
between the driving shaft and the
sensor is (look at the picture on the
top). For it, you have to turn the
driving shaft about the electric motor
upstairs and check the distance with
a feeler gauge.
The sensor must be positioned at the
front, do
NOT
insert it completely into
the groove! (above the joint with the
rounded head)
Put the cable of the automatically
turbolator cleaner in connector X1 of
the display board with clamp 8 (L)
brown, 9 (N) blue and 10 (PE)
green/yellow.
Fix the connector X12 on the control
board and clamp it on the electric
motor of the automatically turbolator
cleaner.

Look after a good cable routing!
Remove the protective film of the
display and fix the display in the
front cover (4 screws). Stick the
BioX display label. (For it, we
advise to use a crepe tape)
BioX 15-20:
From the top 40mm, from the right
side 69mm
BioX 25-45:
From the top 40mm, from the right
side 100mm
Demount the STL-protection cap,
insert the STL through the front
cover, check the position and fix it
(look also at point 18)
