Malfunction Cause Remedy
PM 12 no longer reacts Pulses are measured at deactivated measuring points
11 or 12
Disconnect measuring points 11, 12
When measuring point 11 (start mode) or 12 points 11
or 12 (ext. reset) is switched off, no pulses are allowed
to be present there. Switch on the measuring points
with a laptop (ipm12pro.exe), iff they are desired as
measuring inputs.
The PGA 3 software program
doesn’t start automatically
(autochange) Inadequate data connection Use a shielded cable between the PGA 3 and IPM 12.
Press function key F1 again in the display mode of the
PGA 3.
