8.2 PGA 3 basic settings
General remarks
The following basic settings serve to exchange
data between the IPM 12 pulse meters and
the PGA 3 programming and display unit.
A further basic setting applies to the data in-
terface of the PGA 3 with an Ethernet OPC
server.
The following individual basic settings are
made:

Input of uptime between the IMP 12 and
PGA 3

Input of uptime between the PGA 3 and
Ethernet serve

Input of the port (transfer) address between
the PGA 3 and Ethernet OPC server (neces-
sary only if an OPC server is used).

Input of the local IP address (device-specific
address of the PGA 3) is required only if an
OPC server is used.

Input of the remote IP address (device-spe-
cific address of the Ethernet OPC server) is
only necessary if an OPC server is used.
