7E Tuff Torq K210A
22. Assemble shift fork by inserting one 3/16" ball into
groove inside shift fork, and inserting fork shaft into
shift fork.
NOTE: Apply grease to parts before assembly.
23. Insert second 3/16" ball into machined hole on side of
shift fork, followed by 3/8" ball, spring, and roll pin.
NOTE: Install roll pin with seam away from spring.
24. Install three retaining rings to grooves in fork shaft.
Install washers on end of shaft, and O-ring into left
end on shaft.

25. Assemble brake cam lever shaft (A, Figure E-45) to
brake cover (B), and secure with retaining ring (C).
NOTE: Coat cam lever shaft with grease
26. Install brake spring (D) to brake shoes (E), and install
shoes to cam lever (A).

NOTE: Install new needle bearing in case, if needed.
See step one of inspection section for procedure.
27. Install internal retaining ring to case.
28. Coat inside lip and outside edge of axle seal with
grease, and press seal into case using driver which
only bears on outside of seal housing.
NOTE: Repeat this procedure for the axle needle bear-
ing and seal on the opposite side transaxle case.
