Install the CommNode server using the software DVD. Execute
the commnode_setup_3_x_xx.exe file to do so

After installation, execute the 'install_CommNodeSvr.bat' file

The configuration files must be generated before the
CommNode server service can be started. 'Network' »

Copy the netcfg.xml, appcfg.xml and msgcfg.xm files into the
'SimonsVoss Comm Node server' installation directory. Ensure
that the CommNode server has write accesses to the installation
directory

Start the 'SimonsVoss CommNode server' service
You will find details on installing the CommNode Server in the 'IT
administration' software manual. You will find all manuals in the
download section on the SimonsVoss website
Tasks
A task is a predefined job within LSM which the system is to carry
out automatically. Such a task can be defined for one or more locking
devices. The system can be configured in such a way that the tasks
should be performed at a specific time or on a periodical basis.
These functions require that the system can be reached at all times.
That is why they are only available in LSM Business with the
LSM.Online module.
The tasks are set with priorities, so urgent tasks are performed first.
You can determine the performance modalities (times, periods and
type of task) using the menu item on the user interface. You can find
more information in the 'LSM online' manual.
