Removing and inserting I/O modules

Removing and inserting front connectors and I/O modules with live voltage is not allowed!

NOTICE

Physical damage can occur
If you install or uninstall front connectors and/or I/O modules with switched-on voltage, this

can lead to undefined conditions in your plant.
Physical damage to the ET 200MP may occur as a result.
Therefore only install/uninstall front connectors and/or I/O modules with switched-off

voltage.
Therefore during the planning of a plant always make sure to comply with the necessary,

pertinent standards and safety guidelines.
