Manual calibration 

Component calibration 

The manual calibration of a component can be performed in this menu for Series 6 or 
SIPROCESS GA700 analyzers. Zero point and full-scale value (calibration gas) can be 
calibrated.  
The setpoint for the zero point is preset to a constant value of 0. The setpoint value for 
the calibration gas can be entered.  

The current setpoint value and the current measured value are displayed in the graph as 
a dashed black line and a solid red line, respectively.  

When a manual calibration is started, the cabinet is set to maintenance status 
automatically. After completion of the calibration, the user must manually reset the 
cabinet back to measuring mode (F3 key).  

During a calibration, the device status changes to "Function check". 

Once started, a calibration can be canceled while in progress.
