8.4.1.3 Current messages
This dialog opens automatically as soon as a new message (fault or maintenance) is
pending. This window can also be opened and closed again using the "Error indicator"
symbol . All currently pending messages are displayed. As soon as a message has
been acknowledged and its cause eliminated, it is no longer displayed in the window.
The color coding of the messages is as follows:
• Red – Fault
• Yellow – Maintenance
• Blue – Currently selected message. When a message is selected, the message text in
this row is enlarged so that a text that was originally truncated can now be read in its
entirety.
• White – System messages
Acknowledged messages or messages that have gone are displayed in their appropriate
color but with a paler shade.
Button Meaning
Opens a help text for the selected message (a help text is not available for all
messages)
Acknowledge selected messages.
Status code of the messages (KQG column):
• K = Message came in
• Q = Message went out
• C – Message acknowledged
