Installing the housing with wall mount (CCDA1425-WM) or pendant
mount (CCDA1425-PM)
CAUTION
Danger of damage/injuries from assembly falling down
z
When using outdoor housing ensure that the safety wire of the dome housing
is always fixed firmly to the mount to prevent unit from falling down.
z
Check the assembly by pulling. The assembly should not come apart.
CAUTION
Damage due to water entering the unit
If the outdoor housing is not mounted correctly, water may enter and damage the
dome camera.
z
Use the PG gland for all kind of mounts to ensure improved IP66 of housing.
z
Use waterproof adhesive to wind around the connections (threads) between
pipes to prevent water from entering.
1.
Separate the sealing nut & two-entry rubber from the outdoor housing and then
take out the speed dome cables from the outdoor housing.
2.
Connect the Y cable (the ends with contact shoes) with the power terminal, and
the other end is for the heater.
3.
Replace the two-entry rubber with four-entry / one-entry rubber based on the
wiring.
4.
Connect lines from the field with the Power Terminal, BNC connector, Alarm
IN/Out & Data at the dome, pulling the cable through the one / four-entry
rubber.
5.
Screw up the sealing nut.
6.
Make sure, gland is fixed properly to keep humidity outside housing and ensure
IP66.

The installation is completed.
