Electrical installation
5.2.11
Machine connection for replacement of AGS with connector variant without
restart interlock
Switch the entire machine/system off line!
There is a risk of unintentional starting of the machine and power on the supply cables
while you are connecting the devices.
Electrically isolate the system and all devices affected for the period of the electrical
installation and secure against switch on.
The cable assignment on the original connector must be documented prior to removal of
the connector so the machine can be connected as per the table given below and the
circuit diagram.
On use of the external device monitoring in the AGS, remove link!
If the external device monitoring on the AGS is used, then the link on terminal 8 and 9 on
X2 in the LCUR1411 must be removed and the cable from terminal B6 and B7 connected
here.
Machine output A7:
The output A7 on the AGS is used for several functions. If only one
core is connected to A7 from the machine controller side, two additional cores must be
laid from the machine controller to the LCUR1411 (see table below).
Disconnect the cable between AGS, with hard-wired connection, and the machine
controller
Connect the cable from the machine controller to the terminal strip on the LCUR1411
as per the table given below and the circuit diagram
The cables for the AGS sender must be properly insulated
