Machine connection on replacement for LVU456–1406
Switch the entire machine/system off line!
There is a risk of unintentional starting of the machine and power on the supply cables
while you are connecting the devices.
Electrically isolate the system and all devices affected for the period of the electrical
installation and secure against switch on.
The cable assignment on the original connector must be documented prior to removal of
the connector so the machine can be checked as per the table given below and the circuit
diagram.
Remove the connector from the cable between LVU456–1406 and the machine
controller
Connect the cable from the machine controller to the terminal strip for the LCUR1411
as per the table given below and the circuit diagram
