Connection on replacement for LVU200/300
Switch the entire machine/system off line!
There is a risk of unintentional starting of the machine and power on the supply cables
while you are connecting the devices.
Electrically isolate the system and all devices affected for the period of the electrical
installation and secure against switch on.
The double break PSDI mode function is not possible on the replacement of this device
type with the
LCUR1411 interface unit.
The LVU200/300 is connected to the machine controller via the switching amplifier unit
(SVU). The cable assignment for the switching amplifier unit SVU must be documented
prior to disconnection so the machine cable can be connected as per the table given
below and the circuit diagram.
The additional cores in the SVU that were connected to terminals 11 or 12 (operating
mode pre-selection top unit) are no longer required. They must be correctly insulated and
must not be live.
Disconnect the cable between SVU and the machine controller
Connect the cable from the machine controller to the terminal strip on the LCUR1411
as per the table given below and the circuit diagram
