1. Set
resistance

injury
and
condition
dictate.
2. Sit
on
carriage
facing
the
kickplate
with
feet
off
the
floor.
3. Outstretched
to
the
sides,
bring
the
arms
straight
forward,
then
bring
arms
slowly
to
the
chest.
4. Reverse
the
pattern.
