The measurement is
incorrect.
The air flow rate is incorrect.
Adjust the air flow rate.
The water is turbid:
o
Solid particles
o
Gas bubbles
o
Turbid sample
Check that the upstream filter
system (if there is one) operates
correctly, otherwise it may be
necessary to install one.
The sewer system is blocked.
Check the condition of the pipes.
The zero of the device is calibrated
incorrectly.
Check the zero (NDIR)
An interfering factor present inside
the sample hinders the measurement.
Contact SERES in order to analyse
the problem.
Leaks are detected at the level of the
reactor.
Check all of the inlets and outlets of
the vessel.
The reagents are not injected.
Check the connections, the operation
of the pumps and the presence of
reagents inside the flask.
