Unscrew the 4 screws that maintain the metal part to be cooled - the Peltier is clamped between
this metal part and the metal radiator itself, which is fastened to the analyser wall.
Remove the Peltier and clean the metal surfaces, including the remainder of the conductive
material (grey and soft film, fastened onto each side of the Peltier).
The condenser is removed.
The part will be delivered with the cable and connectors.
To reassemble:
Connect the bottom of the condenser glassware to the glass tube by moistening the sleeve.
The Peltier must be placed (the conductive “grey” material is already deposited on each side)
against the radiator and place the condenser system on top.
After adjusting the position, screw the 4 fastening screws of the part - The Peltier is maintained.
Insert the cables through the hole on the casing and connect the 2 connectors (Temperature and
Peltier).
Sleeve the 3 remaining connector points by moistening all these connectors (glass and sleeve).
Re-screw the cover on.

Replacing the fan
Disconnect the fan.
Unscrew the 4 fastening screws.
Replace with the new fan by performing the reverse operations.

Replacing the heated down conductor
WARNING: Use anti-UV protective glasses if an operation must be carried out on the entire
system, which is protected by the protective cover on which are stuck the safety labels (UV and
Temperature).
Make sure that the hydraulic network is empty. Otherwise, empty the reactor.
Switch the analyser OFF before performing the maintenance operations.
