Disconnect the Temperature sensor 

 

Disconnect the heating unit 

 

Disconnect/Cut the 2 recirculation sleeves. 

 

Replace with the new heating unit. 

 

Connect the 2 sleeves. 

 

Reconnect the 2 electrical components.

Replacing the mass controller 

Switch the analyser OFF before performing the maintenance operations.

Replacement   

Cut the air supply before performing the maintenance operations. 

Wait for the pressure to drop.
